Aquajogging

Beim Aquajogging wird der Bewegungsapparat gelenkschonend bewegt und gekräftigt. Es eignet sich daher auch für Menschen, die beim Laufen Probleme haben. Mit Hilfe eines Aquajogginggurts erhält der Körper Auftrieb und schwebt somit im Wasser. Der Kurs eignet sich für alle Altersklassen und Leistungsniveaus und findet im Tiefwasser ohne Bodenkontakt statt.
